Lazy Sunday


This week went by quite fast, I must say. I guess just to go over some eventful things:
I won these Riedel wine glasses at a networking event! 

I'm so popular with Korean ladies ;) 
Wine night~ 
Then Saturday, I hung out with some MIT folks:

haha, this picture makes me laugh so much.... 
And of course, Skype-dates with my lovely man:
It kind of looks like he has dark hair here.... so funny.
Here, he's pretending to be in the water... what a funny dude...*sigh* i miss him so much.
AND! I've been meaning to announce the winner of my giveaway, but I've been super busy with work!

Congratulations chica! I'm so sorry for the delay in sending it out! I'll send it out sometime this week, I promise!

Other things -- I signed up for a local gym, and went 4 times this week! Now I am sore EVERYWHERE, but it's the good kind of sore, so no complaining.

As for volunteering at the animal shelter, apparently all the places are really far from Seoul, so I don't know if I can do it. Maybe I'll do something else and go just once a month or so... but I will definitely look into it.

  6. Yes Riedel makes wonderful glasses. We use to sell these when I worked at Sur La Table. Everyone would argue on what was the correct way to pronounce the name. Putting the accent on the "e" is correct. My mom lived in Germany for a while and teaches Opera and says that for German words any time their is an ie or an ei the letter that comes second is the one you pronounce.

  8. Why is your man not with you? Did he have to stay in Europe?
